Prior to joining UM, Chad was at iScope, which manufactures the very popular smart phone-optics mounts for hunting. He is already aware of the demand for high tech solutions for tactical shooters.
Chad also brings a wealth of knowledge about distributor/dealer networks to the table. He will be working to bring UM’s amazing line of tactical gear to the distributors. In that light, UM Tactical has joined the National Association of Sporting Goods Wholesalers and will be spearheading UM’s first NASGW show presence this fall.
Brian Wilson, UM Co-Founder and Design Engineer said, “Chad is another essential piece of our team. As we grow, we are bringing aboard people like Chad, who will best represent the cutting edge technology for tactical shooters that we strive for.”
As a tactical shooter himself, Chad recognized the significance of UM’s optics mount for pistols, the matching tactical holster and – most recently – the RAGE Tunable Tactical Compensator system.
“As soon as I saw that first optics mount, I knew I had to join up with Brian and the rest of the team at UM to help bring these industry leading tactical accessories to market,” noted Chad. “Once I met with Janet and Brian, I was sure I was in the right place at the right time. Exciting barely covers the product potential at UM Tactical and I am thrilled to be a part of the team.”
Wilson added, “UM Tactical was formed to forward tactical shooting and the accessories that shooters rely on. Our goal is to continue to innovate and refine tactical shooting solutions. Chad understands and is as excited as the rest of us at the potential we have to continue to evolve the sport of tactical shooting.”
